Whether tending vegetables in our community garden, enjoying a cup of coffee in the courtyard, or taking a leisurely walk around the grounds, the natural environment inspires physical vitality.  

Our location near Atascadero Lake provides scenic views and a thriving ecosystem. It’s not uncommon to spot deer grazing nearby, hawks soaring overhead, or birds visiting our outdoor aviary.

Our Grand Dining Room, Clubhouse, and Modern Lounge are an extension of our residents’ homes and community, providing opportunities to be social and stay active.

The Clubhouse is a versatile space that serves as a central hub for fitness and wellness activities, learning, and community events. Our salon provides the convenience of on-site pampering.

Attached to our Grand Dining Room, the Modern Lounge offers an atmosphere perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee, reading the newspaper, joining a small group activity, or simply enjoying conversation. Doors open directly onto our beautiful courtyard, connecting indoor comfort and outdoor serenity.

Your time and energy should be spent enjoying life instead of worrying about chores. Oakview Village offers a comprehensive range of cleaning, maintenance, and landscaping services so our residents can focus on what’s important.

Housekeeping services include vacuuming and dusting; surface cleaning and sanitizing, including bathrooms; bed linen and towel laundering; and optional personal laundry service for clothing. Open, accessible laundry rooms are also available for residents who prefer to do their own laundry.

Our professional maintenance team is available to handle everyday repairs and home upkeep, from a leaky faucet to light bulb replacement. We ensure everything works as it should, so your home remains safe and stress-free.

In addition to fun on-campus activities, we plan off-campus events like seeing a moving, going out for lunch in a nearby community, and grocery shopping trips.

For those seeking spiritual support, Oakview Village offers regular prayer and praise services, Bible studies, and access to pastoral care. With a pastor on staff, we provide compassionate guidance to all our residents.
